I've always had an eye for for design. Years ago a friend asked me to design her entire first floor and I finally agreed after weeks of prodding! Guess what? I enjoyed every minute of the process and knew that I had found a passion for helping people design a space they truly love. Fast forward to today and I have designed vacation homes, commercial spaces, and even a house for HGTV! The average homeowner does not have the knowledge and experience of a design professional. I can offer that critical eye that comes with years of work in the design industry in order to take your space to the next level.

The Consultation... To understand your style, personality and functionality of the spaces in your home, we need to spend time there. Our hourly consultations are so valuable as we move from room to room, making our best recommendations on how to incorporate your most loved items while bringing in new accents, colors, and textures.
The Design Board... Design Services can include a design board with specific furniture, fabrics, flooring, and decor to help you better understand the direction of your space. Most people are visual and our detailed design boards are key to the process.

We work on many projects, big and small. Whether it is moving furniture or moving walls, we can guide you through each step of your redesign and remodeling process.
WE WILL WORK WITH YOUR BUDGET
With Heart House Design, our pricing is very upfront and highly-competitive. We charge an hourly consultation fee of $150, with most consultations only taking one hour. Our staging/shopping fee is $75 hourly as well as a 20% commission fee on items purchased.
Depending on the size of the redesign/remodel, we recommend booking at least 4 weeks out for redesign and 8-10 weeks out for construction.
How far in advance should we book?
Our skilled designers will implement the footprint, design, and decor. Our skilled team of painters, flooring, tile, plumbing, lighting, and construction specialists will make our design a reality.
WHO DOES THE WORK?
We are fully insured.
Do you carry liability insurance?
